Following a recent change in law any parent or person with full time care of children can now opt out of using the Child Support Agency (CSA).

The change in rules means many children will be able to start receiving child support directly from the non-resident parent without the intervention of the Child Support Agency.

If you and the other parent agree to opt out of the present child support scheme and use the Footprint CMOption instead, you could be free from the CSA in days with a commonsense private agreement in place. This means child support payments start immediately directly from the other parent without the build up of arrears.

As part of the Footprint package, we to can help you to create a workable Private Child Maintenance Agreement and in addition your unique Footprint license will allow you to use the Footprint Child Maintenance Option system for 12 months. Not only does the system create records which are essential for dispute resolution but it allows you to recognise problems before they become barriers to stable family life.
